We have different fulfillment centers at several worldwide locations in order to never run out of stock and to ship our products more efficiently. That’s why we provide Worldwide shipping* to our customers If a product is sold out in one location that order will be passed on to the nearest warehouse and sent out from that location instead. This means means that you will sometimes receive multiple tracking numbers and multiple packages.

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping* tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen package. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it.
